Key Learning Points to Maximize Robotic Process Automation & AI for HR

Some learning points for HR folks who are working on utilizing Power Automate / RPA & AI / ChatGPT;

✅Right Prompting is critical to ensure a consistent outcome. The more you detail your desired outcome & unwanted outcome, the higher possibility that the output will end up consistent & accurate.  

✅Do multiple run to test out the outcome of your automation. It can be inconsistent without the right prompt, input & flow. In fact, testing the same input multiple times will give a good gauge on the consistency.  

✅Ensure data are captured into a database. This is to allow review of output and refinement of the prompt. Simple way of building the database is through excel (data being automated to fill the excel)
