As Co-Founder and Consulting Director for Peoplehive Consulting Group, Ngiam See Wei possesses over 15 years of experience in areas of human resource management and development in various leadership roles. He builds his expertise in the area of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics & Process Automation.


His interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve and determined work ethic have served a myriad of professional fields from commercial businesses to global business services, as well as manufacturing and consulting industries where he customizes solutions specific to the needs of different organizations.

His versatile background in HR management along with his extensive experience working with MNCs namely Kimberly-Clark and Amway has allowed Ngiam to develop highly specialized skills in consulting and engaging team leaders and management teams. 


Working in national & regional level roles, Ngiam has also developed and designed a multitude of processes and frameworks for regional organizations with practical & relevant implementation that allows him to be empathetic to the needs of the organizations. 


Work Experience Highlights  :

Human Resources Director at Kimberly-Clark

  • Led HR-related matters of over 900 employees from 3 business units - Commercial, Global Business Services & Mill. 

  • Completed the collective bargaining agreement in coordination with the union, delivering savings (versus budget)

  • Awarded best place to work in Malaysia for 2019

Head of Human Resources and APAC Human Resource Business Partner at Amway Shared Service Center, 2016-2019

  • Developed strategic HR initiatives to better support the company while overseeing and leading HR matters for APAC Region Shared Service Centre, Regional IT, Business Transformation and Market Innovation teams. 

  • Reducing Amway’s attrition rate for the Shared Service Centre from 34% to 22% in under one year. 

  • Increased the Sustainable Engagement of the Shared Service centre between 2017-2018 by 3% while improving 9 out of 15 measured categories.


SEA Region Talent Development Manager at Amway, 2012-2016

  • Led talent development processes and practices for eleven Commercial and Shared Service organizations. 

  • Increased employee engagement scores for Talent Categories by an average of 4% for 2445 px.
